Shipping Information

Orders received at TheToolWarehouse.net by 1 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. We ship most of our orders using United Parcel Service, however if the product you order requires a truck shipment because of it's size or weight we will send your order via a major national freight carrier.

Orders Totaling Under $150.00
Orders shipping standard UPS ground to an address within the 48 Contiguous United States will have $9.95 shipping and handling charge applied. Any air shipments, oversize, overweight, or C.O.D. fees are additional.

NOTE: If your product total is under our $25.00 minimum, your order will have an additional $10.00 minimum order fee applied

Orders Totaling $150.00 or More
To receive free shipping on your order it must meet these requirements:

1. Your order must be placed through this web site.
2. Your order must have a product subtotal over $150.00.
3. Your order is shipping via standard UPS to a single address within the 48 Contiguous United States (Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International shipping destinations.)
4. Any air shipments, oversize, overweight, or C.O.D. fees are additional.
5. This offer may not be combined with any other discounts.

If your order from TheToolWarehouse.net totals over $894.99 (products only), you will receive free shipping on all items that ship to a location within the 48 Contiguous United States (Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International shipping destinations) via Standard UPS or Truck. This offer may not be combined with any other discounts. C.O.D. orders are limited to a $150.00 order maximum. C.O.D. fees and lift gate charges are additional.

International Shipments (Including Shipments to Canada)
Delivery is available via FedEx or UPS only. Actual shipping cost is dependent upon order weight and volume, and is not available on orders below $1000.00. You will be notified of shipping cost prior to processing your order.

UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Air Shipments
